auto filling of the payee

Using Quicken 2013. When I type a few letters of the payee's name and click the down arrow, where I see several entries just the way I want, it seems to be that previously I could click on it and it would fill out the whole line, class and category included, but lately does not do it. What am I doing wrong? John Polasek
