Bamk One redeeming of cash rebate

My BankOne card appears under my Chase login.

For my cash rewards card, I have to go to an actual statement to see the balance.

I have never redeemed the accumulated rewards, but I believe you have to call in anyway to request a check.

I have a BnkOne card with cash rebate program. On their web site I see no information on the amount of cash I have accumulated. I was wondering how I can redeem my cash rebate, short of calling them and spending an hour or more on the line until I get someone to talk to.
