Can't download transactions from my checking account

I've been using Online Access to my checking account with Quicken for the Mac for many years. I'm currently using Quicken 2004 with a G4Power Mac and OS 10.4.3. Today when tried to download some transactions from a week ago they did not appear in the download screen. I checked my checking account online and the specific transaction were cleared in the account on December 5. It is now December 10 and no transactions appear.

The last time I downloaded (and cleared) items in my check register was December 3.

I tried rebuilding the Checking Account Register using Command/Option/B and it made no difference.

I called my bank's online department and they could only suggest that I had a corrupted data file. Doesn't make sense to me. HELP!
