Unable to add downloaded checking transactions to register

This problem just started. I have been using Quicken 2004 on W2K for two years now and have never before had this problem.

After I downloaded transactions for my checking account from Bank of America, the 54 new transactions are listed in the Online Center. Then I click on the Compare to Register button, and am transferred to the register display, but with no transactions shown below the existing entries in the register. The Downloaded Transactions show 0!

I could manually enter the downloaded transactions after printing them, but why isn't this working, and how would I clear the Online Center transactions afterwards?

Any help appreciated.

Restore your backup, try again?

Try deleting temporary internet files.
