Downloaded Transactions No Longer Appearing

Hello. Strange behavior began today. Running Quicken Dlx 2011 (R4) on Windows 7 Pro using Firefox 3.6, same configuration for a while, daily use, today is the first issue.

I went to my CU's website to download my accounts. Normally when I click the download link, it fires up, or switches to if already open, quicken and it goes through a quick update, then my downloaded transaction are available for review and approval. Today, Firefox asked me how I wanted to handle the file and it defaulted to quicken launcher and open. I selected yes and it went to quicken, churned a bit, the red flag went next to my account, but no transactions were available to review and approve. There should be. I verified paid transactions at the CU and they did not update or show in quicken. I tried it with IE8, same result. I tried other accounts I know have transactions to approve, get the red flag, but no transactions to approve.

I back up religiously, before I switch or try to uninstall/reinstall, any ideas on a simpler fix?

WRT the online account center. I see the offending transactions that I downloaded which are not showing up in the pending transaction box. I followed the direction, clicked "compare to register" and it took me back to the account, but the transactions still did not appear in the pending box. I did a file validation, no errors either. Thx again for any advice.
