I am using Quicken Home 2003. I have been unable to display the transactions that I download from my bank. The register shows a split screen with the register on top and the lower half of window below totally blank - this is where the downloaded transactions normally would appear for me to accept.
I've been doing this for years without problem. Internet connection fine. I see the little movie of data being downloaded. Any suggestions are appreciated.
I am at the point of reinstalling to see if that cures the problem.
