Using Quicken XG in a Canadian installation. for one security (a mutual fund) I cannot enter the ticker code (to update the price on line). The box is greyed out. All other securities inc. mutual funds show ticker code OK. What gives?

Not sure if XG is same in this respect as US - but goto security list and select security. Right click to edit and look at 'Type' - smoe types do not take a ticker symbol.
