Changing User Names

For security reasons, I have changed my user name and password for one of my investment accounts. I can change the password for purposes of online updates. However, how can I change the user name?

Delete your PINVault. Do a 1-step update. Then re-create the PINVault with your new passwords.

You don't say what version of Quicken you are using.

In Q2005, open the account to the Summary tab; click "Edit Account Details", and replace the Customer Id.

In Q2002, I think you opened the account to the "Overview" tab; then I think you could modify the User Id in the Account Attributes.
