QuickBooks Pro 2005 Multi User Question

I have one single copy of QuickBooks Pro installed on a workstation with 2 users having privileges. When the othert user logs in on the same compuer with her priviliges, QuickBooks does not let her in, saying she must have Power User priviliges, which she does via the Networl as well as admin privileges under QuickBooks. How can I resolve this?

Thanks,

Dave P.S. QuickBooks is in Multi-User Mode when trying this.

Where the QB data file is make sure that it is shared and network users are allowed to change the file. Just right click on the folder where the data file is and its under sharing and security or properties

Tried setting permission, this did not work. The user has power user priviliges and has folder and security rights as well. She can log on (To quickbooks) when logged on with my user name and password (For the computer) with HER user name and password for quickbooks, but not log on under HER user name and password for the same computer.

How does she have power user via the network? She has to be added to the power users group on the local computer. Right click my computer and select manage. expand "local users and groups". click on the "groups" folder. and double click on "power users" and add, domain\users name. or if its not on a domain create a user and add her to the power users group.
