Chase - and PFM fees for Quicken

Jul 25, 2006 1 Replies

We have been using Quicken for downloading account activity from our Bank One / now Chase Premier accounts for several years. Recently we opened a new High School Checking account along with a new regular savings account. A few days after that, the Quicken downloads stopped working. Also, it appears from the Chase online web that there is a PFM fee for using Quicken downloads... PFM = Personal Finance Manager (software) Did this change recently, or did we just get caught in some oversight ?

tnx -

seems that there should be no charge for you to access your account services from Quicken (transfers, BillPay, etc) if you've had that free from BankOne before the merger. However, I think that the downloads that stopped working is a separate issue. If you still unable to download by now, try to deactivate the account from the online access, then activate it back. Should this not solve the problem, call the bank. Good luck!
