Converting from Citi to Chase?

Jul 11, 2008 6 Replies

I have been working with quicken for about ten years and have changed Banks a couple of times during that period but I have never had the problems I am now having with the subject conversion! Corrently I can not download my Visa transactions into my Visa register through quicken . Chase.com and Customer Support are no help, they advise that I go to Chase.com and download my transaction then go to my Quicken soft ware and post each transaction manually to the Visa register. can this be right?

Long time quicken user, and have been downloading CC transactions with very few problems for years.

I've been through a similar experience with this Chase conversion. After a few phone calls that sent me basically in circles, I made one final call to cancel the account. Done. Who has time for this nonsense?

I wish you luck...

And to 2nd this advice I, too, had a Qkn Citi and rec'd lots of notices to get and follow the instructions on the Chase site. I did that *exactly* and haven't had a problem. Get the instructions and follow them. Geo.

I had some difficulty until I followed the instructions EXACTLY. Everything works fine now.
