Credit balance from Citi doesn't online reconcile correctly in Q?

So this has happened to me twice this year, most recently this past week. I had a small credit balance with my Citi card (ie: I paid more than what I owe, the value is in my favor). It was for $5.80.

So when I online reconcile, the following are the data points that appear in the reconciliation box:

CLEARED BALANCE: - 5.80 STATEMENT ENDING 5.80 DIFFERENCE: -11.60

And it offers to 'adjust' my register for that 'deficit' 11.60 which is incorrect. So I just wait (clicked on 'Finish Later') until a few charges appeared, and the next online reconciliation is now correct.

(Or perhaps I shouldn't decline, and whatever Q decides to do now will get corrected later??)

Anyone notice this before with Citi cards? This seems like a bug somewhere, but I am not sure if it is with Citi, or how Q is handling a negative balance in the credit card account?
