Damaged data blocks

After performing a Validate from within the Quicken program, if I get an error message saying:- 'QDF:Incorrect file size' followed by a long list of 'Damaged Data Block' messages, and then by a message saying:- 'QSD: No error' and 'QEL: No read errors.' and 'QEL: All internal consistency checks passed' Should I jump out the window?

Seriously, does it mean I have lost some of my vital data?

Advice much appreciated.
