Hello: We use quicken 2003 deluxe. Hopefully someone has had this problem. When we download information from our bank, "we use AOL to download banking information into quicken." after the transfer it directs me to our portfolio and not to quicken. I go to quicken and the information is not there.
I have also minimized AOL and used the internet explorer with the same results.
This is a new occurance, because we have downloaded before with no problem, but it has been months since the last download.
Any assistance would sure be appreciated.
