Installed a copy of Quicken 2003 Deluxe that had been on this computer in the past.
It can't syncronize with my data on the web because it is not registered. It will not let me register. Says it has the info from previous installation but it don't work.
Also tells me my email address is not good but it is.

I don't think Q2003 is supported anymore. However, usually installation problems are covered by the warrantee or something. Try calling support. Be sure to say you have an installation problem with *your* copy of an old version of Quicken before you give them your credit card number.
You will not be able to use Q2003 to download. You will have to upgrade to a version that can still download; basically one that is less than four versions old ... like Q2005, for the oldest version that can still download.
