I just came from my EJ account on-line, looked all over (and even looked at the site map), and could not see a thing about downloading. Maybe not all accounts are now there?

Yeah, you're right, nothing in your account, but it's there anyway.

When you connect to EJ, before going to Account Access, you have to do some searching.....

Investments & Services... Account Services... Online Services... Personal Financial Management Software... Quicken...

gets you to

where it explains how to set it up. Really buried, but it works. The only trouble I had was on some accounts it didn't always know the difference between cash and money market funds. I think EJ will change from money market to cash when non-investments fall below some dollar value.
