Error Updating

Today, while attempting to update, I got this:

Quicken is unable to update your account because unexpected information was received from your financial institution.

I looked at "Learn more" but didn't find anything useful.

How do I fix this?

The vault and institution passwords are correct.

I've seen those frequently with Voya. If you look closer, you should see the error number. Something like OL-301. It's not a problem on your end, but may require that you go into the specific account and do an online update for that specific account rather than using the OSU button. For some reason the recovery mechanism only works that way. In my case, it took Voya a week before it was fixed.
