I "upgraded" from Australian Quicken Cashbook 2004 to Quicken Home and Business 2005/06 not too long ago but have just found that there is no export facility in this new version. The previous version allowed export to QIF file but there is no such option in the new version, and no alternative.
What options do I have? I am reluctant to continue entering data into a repository from which I have no option to move from.
If you are referring the the US version of Quicken, you are wrong: all US versions of Quicken have the same QIF file exporting ability that Quicken has always had.
And Q2005/Q2006 even have slightly better export to .csv file capabilities, which, if you are interested in switching is probably just about as useful as QIF file export.
Never mind; I realize now you are talking about the Australian version.
Yes I am. It seems that Reckon (Quicken Australia) have removed all export options from our version here. That kind of attitude does not surprise me.
