I have XP pro and 2007 quicken . I installed and reinstalled Quicken but at times the screen for quicken flickers. I went to the quicken site and I noticed there are many many people having the same problem. Anyone have a easy fix for this. Thanks
YMMV but mine is minimized by stoping ipoint.exe (mouse driver 6.1) CTRL+Alt+Del under processes. Stupid work around, but when I open Q07, I stop this process and when finished with Q07 for the day, Log Off/On and continue with other stuff.
Uninstall the Intellipoint software. Then download and install version 5.5 of Intellipoint.
What's Intellipoint?
MS Mouse software. A very common cause of this problem, although not the only one! Fixed mine. YMMV Rob C.
Guess you got lucky. I don't have any software installed for my mouse, but I do have the flickering.
