I'm trying to get a replacement CD for 2012 H&B that I bought through Amazon. I've followed the directions under "I bought a CD and need it replaced" at:

but never get to the subcategory where I tell it I need a replacement CD.Also, none of the "What does this look like?" links work.
Suggestions?
