I lost my quicken credit card and had to have a new account number assigned to me. Now I am having problems downloading transaction data. I changed the account number by editing the credit card number in the quicken account. I deativated the service and had my password reset. I can logon and download transactions but on the second connection I am asked to change my password. At this point the software seems to pick up that there are two quicken accounts (old and new).I get the option to link the new account number and then I am prompted to act on the old account. I select "do not use" and then "finish". After this I get kicked out of the system and I can no longer connect to quicken. What is going on here? I have had my password reset a number of times during the past week and the same thing happens. I even deleted the pin vault just in case the correct pin wasn't being stored.
