Quicken MasterCard OL-301-A Error Today?

Today I'm getting an "OL-301-A" error when I attempt to download from my Quicken MasterCard. Anyone else getting this? All was working fine on Saturday when I last downloaded.

The cure for this seems to be disable the account, do a 1-step update, and re-enable the account.
