ING Direct $50 Bonus - Tax Statement

Did anyone who opened an ING Direct account in 2004 with the Quicken $50 bonus get a tax statement for 2004? Did you get a 1099? I was wondering how the $50 was reported by ING to the IRS - as interest or other 1099 income? Just wondering.

I received a 1099, and reported the $50 as income.

I believe that ING reports it as interest.
