I have not been able to download from ING Direct for about a month. Anyone else having trouble?

I'm considering shutting down every account I have with them. For a bank that doesn't offer the convenience of having a real bank I could cash checks at they should make up for it by being technology-savvy. There's no way I'm going to accept that I should log into the website of every bank I do business with and specify dates to include in a file I'll have to then import into Quicken. No way.

For what little banking I so, I simply make manual entries into Quicken. No mess. No fuss. No problems. No mistakes.

Yes I unsubscribed OSU from ING. I only use them to park money I don't need right away, so the transaction are very few.
