I'm using Quicken 2013. Part of my one step update is to sync with investing.quicken.com, and when I do the update it tells me the sync completed correctly. But when I log into investing.quicken.com, there are neither transactions nor a portfolio there.
I went to the user forum for Quicken and found other with similar complaints. But there are only questions there. I have not been able to find any answers.
Can anyone suggest where to go from here? I wanted to use the portfolio to populate my account at Morningstar.com and have found no success yet.
