Lost Internet Connection????

Q06D on Win2KP. Yesterday, trying to do a 1-step update, Quicken complains "Can't find Internet Connection". EMail, Browser, etc seem to work and if I just tell Quicken "Ignore" it seems to fetch my quotes but doesn't do the account updates. I went through Quicken's internet connection setup but it didn't change anything.

I must have broken something. Can anyone suggest things to try? TIA
