Missing files

I recently installed Quicken Deluxe 2008 program on my PC using XP OS. The following files are missing:

I deleted and reinstalled the program with the same results. What is causing this, and how to correct it?

Have you got a virus?

Have you tried turning off your virus scanner before installing?
