In the past couple downloads from BoA, done with the help of a person at BoA, (prev. couldnt download) and for several large checks, the checks are not acknowledged with a red check mark. We tried 3 different times, to no avail. There is a big Quicken help page, listing as a topic, "misssing" under about 10 different circumstances. One suggestion was to make a new dummy account "Test" and see if the checks downloaded there. I was advised to "hand enter" a missing $20,000 check! This is nearly spooky. I stopped reconciling some time ago and was thinking this would be the substitute. This must be pretty common. There is also an error box that says I can't download, while in fact the download "thermometer" is working. The person told me to go to \Account something and verify that my account numbers were there. Any advice? John P
