Need help finding Quicken Account

What type of 'account' are you talking about? Are you talking about a Quicken file on your computer that contains Quicken accounts, or are you talking about an account on Quicken.com, or a bank account that you download transactions to that you've lost track of, or what??

By "account", I assume you mean "file" (or better: "fileset").

You can use Windows Explorer to search for files with the extension "QDF" (that is your main Quicken file, but there are other files associated with it, which Quicken opens when it opens the QDF file). Or you can let Quicken find your files: File > Find Quicken Files.
