NEVER, I hope ... but ...

Theoretical question for me, as it hasn't happened yet (and hope it never does).

If one needs to restore a backup, and for some dastardly reason one has only access to backup dated a few days ago instead of yesterday's, will financial institutions NOT allow download of transactions which have already been previously downloaded?

I think Quicken keeps track of downloads and won't take in repeats, but I am asking about FI handling of Quicken connections.

The FI do not track which transactions were previously downloaded.
