Overdue Bills not showing in Bills & Income - Projected Balances

The original poster has not been thorough enough in his problem description for me to be certain what his real problem is. But I am not seeing any qualified overdue reminders that are not displayed on the Projected Balances screen. That goes for both the current release (R33.24) and an older release (R26.17). [Neither the single R33.24 release note or the two R33.22 release notes mention anything to do with the problem of this Community discussion, so it seems unlikely that upgrading from R33.19 to R33.24 will improve matters for the op.]

1.) An overdue paycheck is not an overdue "bill"; it's overdue "income". 2.) The Projected Balances "Select accounts" dropdown must have the appropriate account selected for a reminder to be displayed there. 3.) "Overdue" reminders are NOT always at the "top" of the "Upcoming Bills and Income" portion of the Projected Balances display. That display can be sorted by almost any of its columns: "overdue" reminders are only guaranteed to be at the top of the list when the list is sorted by "Due" date. Changing the sequence of the items in the list is as simple as clicking on the text in the heading of a column ... something that can easily be done unwittingly. 4.) The op says his " ... paycheck landed last Friday"; the exact meaning of "landed" is not clear (has it been downloaded to Quicken? - has it been entered/accepted in it's Quicken register?). Typically when a transaction is manually entered (or Accepted from a download), before actually "posting" the transaction, Quicken attempts to determine whether there is a Reminder for that transaction. When Quicken thinks there IS a reminder for that transaction, Quicken asks the user if the "found" reminder is for the transaction being "entered" (or "accepted"). If the user answers Yes, the "found" instance of the reminder is treated as having been entered ... it is no longer "due" (or "overdue"). When it works as intended, I believe that is the correct behavior. 5.) Since it's not clear whether the problem transaction (the "landed" transaction) has been "entered" in Quicken, it's not clear what Quicken should be displaying on the Projected Balances screen.

- If the "landed" transaction has been "entered" in an account selected for "Projected Balances", it should (at least) appear in the Projected Balances graph (all qualifying transactions/reminders should appear in the graph). The op does not say whether the graph was examined.

- If the "landed" transaction has been "entered" in an account selected for "Projected Balances"; its reminder may, or may not, also be displayed in the Upcoming Bills and Income section ... depending on the status of its reminder (as per #4 above).

- If the "landed" transaction has not been "entered" in any Quicken account, I see no reason for the current instance of its reminder to be, as the user says, "deleted" (or - presumably - its "Next Due Date" to be advanced).

Should the original poster have a true Quicken problem; and should R33.24, or any later patch, address that problem: I wouldn't necessarily expect any pre-existing result of the problem to get corrected - I would only expect the patch to prevent the problem from occurring in the future.
