Columns in "Pay Bills"

I need the column "Memo" to show up in the "Pay Bills" section. How can I add a column for this area?

Oh, Kim. -- let me help you with that... First rule... take everything Allan says with a grain of salt ;-)

The SDK is the Software Development Kit.... not something for the 'average' QuickBooks user.

Short answer, you can't. About the best you could do, if you need to use the memo to identify a specific bill from a vendor, is to highlight one of the 'candidates' and select "go to bill" from the bottom of the pay bills screen. It will open the "enter bills" screen to the original bill, where you can see the memo.
