Intuit has now posted a relatively new page that address the help file issue for products from 2005 to date. (Earlier pages did not address
2006 or 2005.)

I downloaded the patch however when trying to install (Vista) I get the message "cannot create file "updated.js"
anyway around this ?? I'm using 2007 Basic R5 and didn't have the problem on R4
