Help not working in Q 2006

I am using Quicken 2006 Premier for Home & Business QA5 - when I go to Quicken Help and do a search, nothing appears on the right side of the box - it says it cannot connect to IE. Any way to solve this problem? I never noticed this until recently and perhaps I am missing an update? Thanks!
