Help not working

Using 2005 Premier R6. When I try to access Help I get an error message that I am not connected to the Internet. I have broadband and I am always connected so how can I access Help? Isn't Help on my computer and should be able to get it even without Internet access?

If you had actually READ some posts in the group, you would have seen that this is a known problem.......with a known fix.

If you do an update within the Quicken program, even if you don't (and never have) had any "accounts" to update, it should fetch a PROGRAM update which will fix your HELP problem.
