i setuped the credit card with the built-in edc soft from rms, when i try to do a credit card sale it gave me this error "Connection Error: 501 - Bad BIN or Host Disconnect." I am sure the Merchant number and everything are correct. Do i even put the computer to dmz, but still not working. Can anybody help?

Does your processor work on the Vital/Tsys platform? If not then the lited options dont work you will need to get new ones from your processor.
If I remebr correctly though the stock ones in RMS were changed by Vital changed names to tsys. Cehck with your processor though
