Some other people have had this problem, but please read the following and tell me what you think might work to fix it:
Database connection lost, application will be closed Error #-2147467259 [DBNETLIB][ConnectionWrite (send()).]General network error. Check your network documentation. (Source:Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server (SQL State: 08S01) (NativeError: 11) No Help file available
I am getting the same error message (I have two computers networked together). I get the error message on both computers, but the host computer (our POS) gave me that message about 20 times at least today. I tried unplugging the network cable and replugging it back in and then opening up and connecting RMS, but that did not work for me. I am also getting a really odd blue screen on our back computer that says "A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps: Disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation, or backup utilities. . . ." Any ideas what is going on here? Thanks, Kat
