I have been using RMS for 3 years version 1.2 with Citibank for credit card processing. Starting a last Friday I can no longer get a credit card authorization via the internet. I get a failed transaction with this error message 'Connection Error: A network connection failed. Make sure you have a network (or Internet) connection then try again.' However, I am connected to the internet and can access web pages, etc. If I open POS on my back office computer I can get an approval code via the internet so it must be a setting on the POS station. Any suggestions? Calling for every approval is a pain.
