While attempting to proccess credit cards by entering cc# and exp date manuelly I get Error NOT CAPTUERED Authorization Not Connected To PC is connected to the internet and installed TPI software. Mercury is the proccessor Any help would be nice Thanks In Advance

I would double check all your settings, from the beginning setup to the end. I have installed Mercury and never had this issue. You may also want to make sure that the SmartPayment Administrator is not open.
If this does not help, give Mercury tech support a call.

It could also be something with your card verification settings. I use PC Charge Pro, so am not familure with TPI but I'm sure that program as options for card verification and perhaps since you aren't scannign the card and its not reading the verification info its not sending it?
Just a thought.....
