I installed the Mercury Payment Systems (TPI Software Version) interface, and the credit card signature receipt prints every time, even for cash transactions.
How do I program RMS to print the signature receipt for Credit and eCheck Verfication, but not for anything else?

Log into the machine with Administrator rights |SO Manager | Database | Tender Types | uncheck require signature line. You will need to zout each register for the change to take effect.
Jeff, the setting was already unchecked! Is there something else that is causing the problem?
How does RMS know to print a signature receipt (other than through the GUI)? If I know that, then maybe I can modify with a query so that it won't print when there's a cash transaction.
