Help doesn't work

When I try to use Quicken Deluxe's 2008 Help feature, it doesn't work. Say's I am not connected to the internet, and cannot find DNS.

Nonesense. My internet connection works fine. Do you think my Norton Internet Security is affecting it?

Weird. Help!

No. It's a bug with the Answerworks help software Intuit uses. They haven't released a fix yet.
