I am using Quicken XG 2005 Canadian edition. For one of my stocks, I need to manually update the price since Quicken is not picking up the ticker symbol. (I have tried many times and have posted this topic before with no luck).
So, for now I have created a Word document to get the price for this stock from Yahoo!Finance. I would like these instructions to be stored within Quicken. I see that I can store notes for special days (ie, click on a day in the calendar and store a note/memo).
I would like to save these instructions within Quicken, but I do not want these stored against any particular dates. Similar to a sticky note on the desk! How do I go about doing this?
