Damn, sorry about that. Intuit is in the process of fixing/improving their support site and references to urls sometimes (always?) fail.

If that link leaves you at the Help & Support screen with all Quicken products listed, just click on Quicken Billpay which should take you to a screen with some choices for kb articles, the first of which is "How do I contact Quicken Billpay for assistance".

Hmm, both the long and shorter links lead to a page that does not exist, then it redirects to a page displaying all the Quicken versions, credit card, etc.

I know about the page that does not exist, also part of the fixing of the site.

But the screen you get redirected to should also have Quicken Billpay listed, along with all other Quicken products. Clicking on Quicken Billpay should take you to the kb articles for Quicken Billpay and the first article listed in the startup screen is the one the op is looking for.

And just to keep things interesting; I just clicked the link in my first post in this thread ... and got to the destination screen that I had intended in the first place. I have no idea what is going on at the site, but I do know "you can get there from here" with perserverance, though it is sometimes a bumpy ride.
