Does anyone know of any issues that would cause both my online backup and transaction downloads to stop working?
I haven't installed any new software or hardware. I'm stumped.
I'm running Quicken 2009 R6 and Windows XP. I've used Norton 360 for quite a while with no problem; I tried disabling it to see if it would make a difference, and it didn't.
