Online payee data suddenly disappeared!

I have Q07. All the mailing info for online payees has suddenly just disappeared. Memorized payees, categories, etc. are all intact--just the address, etc. for online payees. I restored from my backup CD; but no joy.

Any suggestions how I can get these data back or why they disappeared? I'd hate to have to reenter all that.

If your billpayer keeps that data, then I would think a One Step Update would syncronize Quicken with the billpayer.

There is a way to more directly try to force a sync, but I don't know that it will produce better results.

In the Online Center, hold down CTRL while left-clicking "Contact Info". In the resulting dialog, select your billpay account, check the "Online Payees" box, click "Refresh", then "Update/Send".
