I'm using Q 04 and started having problems with my pin vault today. When I select update, the pin vault tries to open -- all I get is a grayed out box with a curser flashing. The enter, cancel, password box etc. are missing. When I enter my password, not all of my keystrokes are entered or they are entered very slowly. Anyone seen this before or know of a fix?
