I am using Q 2005. I am unable to download transactions by using the pin vault because it runs; hangs up; and I must then ctrl>alt>del to end the entire program. Every attempt to edit or print the pin vault fails because the program runs and must be ended via ctrl>alt> del.
I deleted the pin vault and attempted to recreate it. Again, the setup screen appears but when I start to enter data, it hangs up and must be ended. All other aspects of Quicken work fine - just the pin vault problem.
Any help to resolve this will be appreciated.
