Suddenly I can not print any reports in Q04. I click on the Print icon and nothing happens. It was working fine up to about a week or 2 ago.
Is there a way of fixing this?

What changed "a week or 2 ago"? New printer? New driver? New/updated os? Windows "default" printer? Printer selected in Quicken "Printer setup"?
What type printer? Network printer?
The only thing that I have updated was quicken and windows for security updates. I have cutepdf installed plus an network printer but they have been installed since I got this machine in April.
I also just checked and I can't get Printer Setup to respond either.
What is your Quicken printer? Is it the networked printer? Is that the Windows default printer?
Try deleting the printer in Windows and setting it up again, also making it the Windows default printer.
(Unfortunately the Intuit support site is inoperable today; I think they have a kb article about this).
Also consider reinstalling Quicken.
