I want to use Quicken Home & Business (the Canadian version in my case) for a small business. I am trying to set up customized invoices as per the instructions. I've set up my customized invoice items including the appropriate tax code for each item. So far, so good. But when I print an invoice using some of my items, the sales tax is not calculated - the sales tax column is always $0.00. The percentages in my tax code list are correct.
I've searched the help, but there doesn't seem to be any info on this. I would assume that the tax is supposed to be calculated for me.
Am I missing something? Is there a hidden switch somewhere?

P.S. I've tried the same Quicken account in Q2010 and it still doesn't work.
