------------------------ I have a situation where memorized transactions disappear for no apparent reason. It's not consistent and have not uncovered any particular pattern. But periodically, the memorized transactions will disappear. For instance, the grocery store that I use quite often and normally just fill in the new amount after starting to type in the name, is no longer in memorized transactions. I can see in my register, recent usage of this vendor/transaction.
What could be the cause of this condition. Using Quicken v5 Premier R3 on WinXP-SP2. Thanks Charlie
